I had been suffering with back, neck and muscle pains for a few years. I had tried many remedies and treatments including chiropractor, physio and acupuncture without much success.
A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to holiday in Thailand and whilst there I tried a traditional Thai massage in one of the many Temples. I felt better after the treatment and so I visited the massage centre a few times while there.
On returning to the UK, I tried to find someone locally who had been properly trained in the traditional art of Thai massage and I was lucky enough to meet Siriphon.
I was and still am impressed with Siriphon’s professionalism and her knowledge of the human body, how it worked and what she could do to try and help me.
I now regular visit Siriphon practice and I can honestly say that I have definitely noticed a big improvement in my overall condition and certainly my back, neck and muscles feel more supple and flexible and I no longer suffer with the pain I used to.

Hello my name is Alastair Campbell,
I am now 61 years old. i have been having thai massage from mrs ann welch for nearly 3 years. I started when i had a badly broken wrist. The doctors wanted to operate and put in pins/wires etc. I refused despite the fact i am a muscician and there insistance that I would have limited mobility.
The break was very swollen and very painfull. the relief from a weekly massage was amazing. massaging head
shoulders and the arm above the plaster line gave long lasting relief. Within two weeks of the plaster off i was back playing saxophone.
ann spent special time on the wrist for a few months as well as full body. After about a year i was able to handstand on it.
In my life I have had all types of physio. swedish, sports, chiropractor acupunture, tui nah, etc I am very impressed with thai massage, my whole quality of life has greatly improved. My posture and back are strong,no more headaches neck and back pains
i can move very quickly and EASILY. I complement her work on me with daily yoga stretches.
DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND, it is not a painless removal of a lifetimes accrued pains.
you have to accept the pain you feel during massage...
the massage is NOT GIVING YOU PAIN , YOU ARE EXPIERIENCING THE PAIN THAT YOU HAVE PRODUCED AND ARE HOLDING ON TO.......,
BEING TAKEN AWAY!!!! IT IS "GOOD PAIN"
It is the best money i have ever spent, it is the nearest one can get to buying happiness ! How can one be happy being in pain and unable to move? Sounds to good..? Check out my playing and dancing! Be kind to the self that really matters deep within you.....try it. I will always be gratefull to mrs ann welch, her mother who first taught her. the wat po institution, and the original thai people who adopted and adapted yoga 2,500 years ago to take away the aches and pains this worldly life places on us....
